The conference center features 25,000 square feet of event and meeting space with 27
dedicated conference rooms, advanced meeting technology, an executive business center, and
conference concierge services. Leisure amenities include a fitness center, sauna, steam and
massage rooms, indoor swimming pool and whirlpool, garden swimming pool, racquetball
courts, bowling alley, lighted tennis courts, jogging trail and sports field.
November 2003 - Present: AV Tech - IT Systems Engineer
Responsible for maintaining the Local Area Network, Windows domain, and Unix-like systems. Responsible for the deployment & maintenance of the public network (HSIA) consisting of guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces wired & wireless. Used Active Directory group policies for domain management and security, repackaged EXE installers to MSI packages for deployment, worked with Microsoft Software Update Services for security patches, Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition, and HP Web JetAdmin. Responsible for intranet and Internet DNS servers.

- Upgraded a Windows NT 4.0 Domain to Windows 2000 Active Directory.
- Deployed an Internet Email system
